Double Layers Stretch Film Machine
Double Layers Stretch Film Machine is sized at 1000mm and incorporates two extruders, two motors, two inverters, a user-friendly design, operates quietly and smoothly, and features a PLC touch screen control for the winding process. It consists of an extruder, traction unit, leveling section, edge trimming, winding mechanism, and automatic roll changeover. Also referred to as a Cast stretch film machine, this equipment employs LDPE and LLDPE to produce stretch film that is widely applied in airport luggage, pallets, cartons, construction materials, automotive components, and hardware. Our stretch film wrapping machine is precision-engineered to meet diverse packaging requirements.
The Double Layers Stretch Film Machine offers various features:
– Utilizes LLDPE, LDPE virgin, recycled, masterbatch, and additives materials
– Equipped with inverter to control film extruder speed, saving power and costs
– Produces films with thickness ranging from 0.017mm to 0.04mm and width from 100mm to 500mm
