It comprises an extruder, cylinder, and screw rods crafted from high-grade alloy steel subjected to precise nitrization for enhanced hardness and superior resistance to corrosion. The specialized screw augments plasticizing efficiency, consequently elevating production output. This machinery is primarily employed in the manufacture of plastic films like LDPE and HDPE used in food packaging, apparel, refuse bags, and tote bags.
Key Features:
– Frequency inverters control the main motor and traction motor.
– The screw and barrel are constructed from 38CrMoAl treated with nitrogen.
– The gearbox is equipped with HARD teeth gear surface, alloy piston, and high-precision grinding.
